Terms and Conditions of Himal Tech

Please look at our terms and conditions below for all our services. Services from domain registration, website design/development, SEO, Digital Marketing and design services, etc. And all other Services provided by Himal Tech Ltd (HT) to the client, in conjunction with any relevant quotation supplied by HT (Terms), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptance of a quote, purchase and use of the services shall be considered acceptance of the terms. 

 Charges and Payment

We will send you a quotation once we receive a project request form. After that, we will send a quote via email, valid for 30 days only. We reserve the right to change a selection or decline to provide the relevant services after expiry. All services require an advance payment of 100 percent of the project. In addition, the client agrees to pay HT for any additional expenses necessary to complete the task. You must pay in full in advance for all IT Services.

Content and Images

HT will require information such as web content, text, images, and other essential files. And it’s the client’s responsibility to provide all information before starting the work. If the client fails, HT will not refund the money and mark it as a complete task.

 Maintenance and Support

We will provide one month of free Support and maintenance for all existing website features. All support queries will be answered and resolved within 24 hours.

Admin  user name and password

We only start work with full payment, so upon complete the website, we provide the admin user name and password straightway.

Domain, Hosting & SSL renewal.

Domain and Hosting must renew annually, so the client must pay yearly. The Hosting charge depends on the base size. If we need to do maintenance, you must pay extra based on the required hours. 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, arising from the services provided by Himal Tech shall belong to the client upon full payment.

Project Timelines

Project timelines will be outlined in the initial quotation. Any delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late submission of required materials, may result in adjustments to the project timeline.

Scope Changes:

Any changes to the scope of the project requested by the client after the commencement of work may result in additional charges. Himal Tech will communicate these changes and obtain approval before proceeding.

Quality Assurance

Himal Tech is committed to delivering high-quality services. In the event of any dissatisfaction, the client must notify Himal Tech within 7 days of project completion for necessary revisions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to, business strategies, trade secrets, and client data.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice in the event of a material breach of the terms and conditions by the other party. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Web Security

Himal Tech will implement reasonable security measures to protect the client’s website. However, the client is responsible for regularly updating passwords and informing Himal Tech of any security concerns promptly.

SEO Audit and Recommendations

The SEO audit will identify areas for improvement, and Himal Tech will provide recommendations. The client is responsible for implementing these recommendations unless a separate agreement for implementation services is reached.

WordPress Development

For WordPress development, Himal Tech will provide a standard set of features. Any additional features or customizations requested by the client may result in additional charges.

Social Media Management

Social media services include content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. The client is responsible for providing the necessary brand guidelines and materials. Himal Tech will not be held responsible for changes in social media platform algorithms.
